During the April 6th UN Security Council session, the Syrian government’s permanent representative to the UN made significant two claims: first, that the Syrian government worked with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) with credibility and transparency to implement its obligations; and second, that Syrian government forces did not use chemical weapons.
